克氏针张力带内固定在移位性锁骨骨折中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:分析在移位性锁骨骨折患者治疗中用克氏针张力带内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:将2014年1月~2022年9月本院收治的32例移位性锁骨骨折患者作为本次观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(克氏针张力带内固定,16例)和对照组(Nice结辅助复位技术,16例),比较分析两组治疗后手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、切口愈合时间、并发症发生率,比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、肩关节Neer评分。结果:观察组恢复时间短于对照组患者,手术治疗后其疼痛状态与并发症状态低于对照组,肩关节Neer评分更高,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前,两组VAS评分、肩关节Neer评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在移位性锁骨骨折治疗中对患者采取克氏针张力带内固定治疗可提高疾病治疗效果,减轻患处疼痛程度并提高肩关节功能,较常规治疗更能缩短手术治疗与恢复时间,降低术中出血量。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of internal fixation with Kirschner wire tension band in the treatment of displaced clavicular fracture.Methods:32 patients with displaced clavicular fracture admitted to our hospital in recent years(January 2014 to September 2022)were divided into the observation group(16 cases with Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation)and the control group(16 cases with Nice knot assisted reduction technology)according to the random number table method.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,fracture healing time,hospitalization time,incision healing time and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed,the VAS score and shoulder joint Neer score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group patients.After surgical treatment,their pain and complications were lower than those of the control group,and the shoulder joint Neer score was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the comparison of VAS score and shoulder joint Neer score between the two groups.Conclusion:In the treatment of displaced clavicular fracture,internal fixation with Kirschner wire tension band can improve the treatment effect of the disease,reduce the pain degree of the affected area and improve the function of the shoulder joint.Compared with conventional treatment,it can shorten the operation treatment and recovery time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,and is worthy of clinical application.
