腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗胃穿孔的疗效对比评价

摘　　要：目的:评价在为胃穿孔患者实施治疗的过程中腹腔镜手术与开腹手术的治疗效果。方法:本次实验研究的对象为在本院接受胃穿孔治疗的患者66例,入院时间介于2020年4月~2021年4月,根据患者手术方式的不同将其分为人数相同的两组,其中以腹腔镜手术作为治疗方法的33例患者为研究组,以开腹手术作为治疗方式的33例患者作为对比组。结果:研究组患者治疗效果与对比组患者相比存在显著优势,P<0.05。统计学分析两组患者术中与术后指标后可知,研究组患者手术时间明显较长,术中出血量与冲洗液用量明显较少,同时,术后排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间与住院时间均相对较短,与对比组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05。与研究组患者相比对比组患者并发症发生率明显较高,P<0.05。结论:在胃穿孔的治疗过程中腹腔镜手术与开腹手术相比存在显著优势。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopy versus laparotomy in the treatment of gastric perforation.Methods:The object of this experimental study for 66 cases of patients with gastric perforation treated in our hospital,the hospital time between April 2020 to April 2021,according to the different surgical procedure will be the same number of points in the two groups,33 cases with laparoscopic surgery as a treatment patients for the team,to open operation for treatment of 33 cases patients as control group.Results:The therapeutic effect of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05.Statistical analysis of intraoperative and postoperative indicators of patients in the two groups showed that the operation time of patients in the study group was significantly longer,the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the amount of flushing fluid was significantly less,and the postoperative exhaust time,feeding time,time to get out of bed and hospital stay were relatively short,with significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery has significant advantages over open surgery in the treatment of gastric perforation.
