全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态联合用于血常规检验的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:将全自动血细胞分析仪检查、血涂片细胞形态检查两种形式结合起来,应用于临床血常规检验中,评价其检查结果的具体价值和意义。方法:选择2018年7月~2020年1月本院的血常规检验患者分为对照组、观察组。两组均开展全自动血细胞分析仪形式检查,观察组再单独开展血涂片细胞形态学形式检查。将两组的阳性检出情况,白细胞分类计数具体情况作为依据开展观察。结果:观察组间的阳性检出情况,观察组的WBC、RBC、PLT、异型淋巴细胞、中毒颗粒或空泡变性、总阳性检出率均更高(P<0.05)。观察组间的白细胞分类计数具体情况,NE、MO、LY、EO等百分比无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的BA百分比更高(P<0.05)。结论:将全自动血细胞分析仪用于血常规检验中有一定效果,但是无法准确判断细胞形态,将其与血涂片细胞形态学进行联合能够显著弥补该劣势,提高检测结果的准确率。Objective:The combination of automatic blood cell analyzer examination and blood smear cell morphology examination was applied to clinical blood routine examination,and the specific value and significance of the examination results were evaluated.Methods:From July 2018 to January 2020,the blood routine test patients in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were examined by automatic blood cell analyzer,while the observation group was examined by blood smear cell morphology alone.The positive detection of the two groups and the specific situation of white blood cell classification count were used as the basis for observation.Results:The positive detection of WBC,RBC,PLT,heterotypic lymphocytes,toxic particles or vacuolar degeneration,and the total positive detection rate were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the percentages of NE,MO,LY,EO among the observation groups(P>0.05).The percentage of BA in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of automatic blood cell analyzer in blood routine examination has certain effect,but it can not accurately judge the cell morphology.Combining it with the cell morphology of blood smear can significantly compensate for this disadvantage and improve the accuracy of the detection results.
