应用化学发光仪器检测性激素6项对妇科疾病的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:探究化学发光仪器检测性激素6项对妇科疾病的诊断。方法:选取2019年1月~2021年12月在本院进行治疗的妇科疾病患者66例,按照妇科疾病不同分为功能性子宫出血组(20例)、更年期综合征组(15例)、子宫肌瘤组(16例)、PCOS组(15例),另随机选取于本院进行体检的健康志愿者30例记为对照组。均对患者采用化学发光仪器进行检测,分析患者血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、泌乳素(PRL)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)。结果:与对照组患者相比,功能性子宫出血组患者FSH、E_(2)、PRL、LH、P水平上升,T水平下降(P<0.05);更年期综合征组患者FSH、PRL、LH、P水平上升,E_(2)、T水平下降(P<0.05);子宫肌瘤组患者FSH、E_(2)、PRL、LH、T、P水平上升(P<0.05);PCOS组患者FSH、PRL、LH、T水平上升,E_(2)、P水平下降(P<0.05)。结论:使用化学发光仪器对妇科疾病患者的性激素六项指标进行检测观察,能够对患者身体内不同激素的异常水平进行检测并反馈,对妇科疾病的诊断价值较高。Objective:To explore the diagnosis of 6 items of sex hormones detected by chemiluminescence instrument for gynecological diseases.Methods:66 patients with gynecological diseases treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into functional uterine bleeding group(20 cases),menopausal syndrome group(15 cases),uterine fibroid group(16 cases)and PCOS group(15 cases)according to gynecological diseases.In addition,30 healthy volunteers randomly selected for physical examination in our hospital were enrolled as the control group.Chemiluminescence apparatus was used to detect the serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)),prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and progesterone(P).Results:Compared with control group,FSH,E_(2),PRL,LH and P levels in functional uterine bleeding group were increased,while T levels were decreased(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,PRL,LH and P in menopausal syndrome group were increased,while the levels of E_(2) and T were decreased(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,E_(2),PRL,LH,T and P in uterine fibroids group were increased(P<0.05);The levels of FSH,PRL,LH and T in PCOS group were increased,while the levels of E_(2) and P were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of chemiluminescence instrument to detect and observe six indicators of sex hormones in patients with gynecological diseases can detect and feedback abnormal levels of different hormones in patients’bodies,which is of high diagnostic value for gynecological diseases.
