CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的临床价值。方法:选取到院进行治疗的结肠癌患者共60例,所有患者经CT诊断,并在手术后6个月再使用CT进行进一步的复查。所有患者使用CT诊断后再经金标准进行结果验证。结果:CT术前阶段结肠癌的准确度为81.67%,和术后病理相关性为0.904;术前CT各分期的准确度为T分期77.78%、N分期82.61%、M分期90.00%;CT术后复发阶段结肠癌的准确度为85.19%,和术后病理相关性为0.904;术后CT各分期的准确度为T分期84.62%、N分期77.78%、M分期100.00%(P<0.05)。结论:CT对结肠癌术前分型及术后复发验证均有较高的准确度及较高的临床价值。Objective:Clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of preoperative colon cancer and postoperative colon cancer recurrence.Methods:A total of 60 patients with colon cancer who were admitted to the hospital for treatment were selected.All patients were diagnosed by CT,and CT was used for further re-examination half a year after surgery.All patients were diagnosed by CT and then validated by the gold standard.Results:The accuracy of CT preoperative stage colon cancer was 81.67%,and the correlation with postoperative pathology was 0.904;The accuracy of preoperative CT staging was 77.78%for T staging,82.61%for N staging,and 90.00%for M staging;The accuracy of CT postoperative recurrence stage colon cancer was 85.19%,and the correlation with postoperative pathology was 0.904;The accuracy of postoperative CT staging was 84.62%for T staging,77.78%for N staging,and 100.00%for M staging(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT has high accuracy and high clinical value for preoperative classification and postoperative recurrence verification of colon cancer.
