摘　　要：目的:提升本医疗机构消化内镜的技术管理水平,保障在用内镜的安全性与可靠性。方法:分析本院消化内镜中心近四年的维修数据和相关业务数据,找出内镜故障分布的时间特点和部位特点,进而发现内镜管理中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出针对性的改进措施。结果:找出了本机构在用消化内镜的故障特点及规律,并结合新版《软式内镜洗消规范》,制定了针对性的改进措施,帮助内镜使用科室养成正确的使用维护习惯,显著降低了故障率。结论:医疗器械维修分析及针对性的改进是提升医疗器械临床应用质量的重要手段。Objective:To improve the technical management level of digestive endoscope in this medical institution.Ensure the safety and the dependability of the endoscopy.Methods:Analyze the maintenance data and related business data of our hospital’s gastrointestinal endoscopy center in recent four years.Find out the time and location characteristics of faults distribution of endoscopes,and then figure out the problems existing in endoscope management and put forward corresponding improvement measures on this basis.Results:The fault features and rules of digestive endoscopy in use were found out,and the corresponding improvement measures were formulated combined with the new version of Regulation for Cleaning and Disinfection Technique of Flexible Endoscope,which helped clinical departments to develop correct usage and maintenance habits and reduced the failure rate significantly.Conclusion:The maintenance analysis and targeted improvement of medical devices are important ways to improve clinical application quality.
