摘 要:目的:分析在临床血液检验中采取全自动血培养仪与微生物鉴定仪的检验效果及敏感性、准确性。方法:将2021年1月~2022年6月本院收治的需要采取血液检验的200份血液样本作为研究对象,对所有血液样本均采取全自动血培养仪与微生物鉴定仪检验,比较分析在不同检验方式下对微生物的检验敏感性、准确性差异、检测速度与成本差异。结果:分析可见,全自动血培养仪与微生物鉴定仪对微生物的敏感性与准确性并无明显差异,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),但全自动学培养仪检测速度更短,检测成本更低,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床血液检查中,用全自动血培养仪与微生物鉴定仪检验均具有较高的敏感性与准确性,另外,全自动学培养仪缩短检验时间,并降低检验成本,临床可根据检验实际情况选择更合理的检验方式,以提高微生物检验准确率。Objective:To analyze the test effect,sensitivity and accuracy of automatic blood culture instrument and microbial identification instrument in clinical blood test.Methods:200 blood samples that need blood test in our hospital in recent years(January 2021 to June 2022)were taken as research objects.All blood samples were tested by automatic blood culture instrument and microbial identification instrument,and the differences in sensitivity,accuracy,speed and cost of microbial test under different test methods were compared and analyzed.Results:The analysis shows that there is no significant difference between the sensitivity and accuracy of the automatic blood culture instrument and the microbial identification instrument to microorganisms,and the comparison is not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the detection speed of the automatic blood culture instrument is shorter,the detection cost is lower,and the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical blood examination,the full automatic blood culture instrument and microbial identification instrument have high sensitivity and accuracy.In addition,the full automatic blood culture instrument can shorten the examination time and reduce the examination cost.The clinical can choose a more reasonable examination method according to the actual situation of the examination to improve the accuracy of microbial examination.
