输卵管系膜囊肿与卵巢囊肿的临床表现与CT表现研究

摘　　要：目的:分析输卵管系膜囊肿与卵巢囊肿的临床表现与CT表现。方法:选择2019年2月~2020年2月来本院接受疾病治疗的60例输卵管系膜囊肿患者以及70例卵巢囊肿患者为研究样本。对受试者实施CT检查,分析两组患者临床表现和CT征象。结果:在输卵管系膜囊肿患者中,具体CT表现为:薄壁囊性包块、单发、多发囊性病变。受试者可发现分隔较少出现出血囊壁钙化,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组受试者囊性病变规格无明显差别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在60例输卵管系膜囊肿患者中,10例出现蒂扭转(16.67%),其中2例发生漩涡征(3.33%),8例发生子宫阔韧带抱球征(13.33%);卵巢系膜囊肿与卵巢囊肿患者病灶直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于输卵管系膜囊肿患者,卵巢囊肿组患者囊内CT值显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输卵管系膜囊肿其主要为薄壁的囊性包块。卵巢囊肿患者囊内CT值明显更高。Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestations and CT manifestations of mesosalpinx and ovarian cysts.Methods:In this study,60 patients with mesosalpinx and 70 patients with ovarian cyst who received treatment in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study samples.CT examination was performed on the subjects,and the clinical manifestations and CT signs of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results:Among the patients with mesosalpinx cyst,the specific CT findings were:thin wall cystic mass,single,multiple cystic lesions.Subjects found less calcification in the wall of the bleeding capsule in the separation,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in cystic lesions between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Among the 60 patients with mesosalpinx cyst,10 patients had pedicle torsion(16.67%),2 patients had vortex sign(3.33%),and 8 patients had broad ligament bulbous sign(13.33%).There was no significant difference in lesion diameter between patients with mesangial ovarian cyst and ovarian cyst(P>0.05);Compared with the patients with mesosalpinx cyst,the intracapsular CT value of the ovarian cyst group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mesosalpinx cysts are mainly thin-walled cystic masses.The intracapsular CT value was significantly higher in the ovarian cyst group.
