SDC-CJ2000B医用创口冲洗机对急诊外伤患者伤口清创处理中的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在实施急诊外伤患者伤口清创处理的过程中SDC-CJ2000B医用创口冲洗机的有效性。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年12月本院急诊接受外伤治疗的患者43例,根据患者伤口清创处理方式不同将患者分为人数相同的观察组(n=21,SDC-CJ2000B医用创口冲洗机清创)与对照组(n=21,常规清创)。结果:观察组患者伤口清创处理效果更为理想,相关并发症发生率相对较低,且细菌清除率更高,所需要的清创时间、伤口处理时间相对较短,显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。分析两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度后可知,治疗前并无显著统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后观察组患者相对于对照组患者来说明显更为轻微,P<0.05。结论:SDCCJ2000B医用创口冲洗机属于急诊外伤患者伤口清创处理较为的理想方法。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of SDC-CJ2000B medical wound irrigation machine in the process of wound debridement in emergency department.Methods:A total of 43 patients who received trauma treatment in the emergency department of our hospital from January to December 2022 were enrolled in this 2021,the patients were divided into observation group(n=21,SDC-CJ2000B medical wound irrigation machine debridement)and control group(n=21,routine debridement).Results:The effect of wound debridement in the observation group was more ideal,the incidence of related complications was relatively low,and the bacterial clearance rate was higher.The required debridement time and wound treatment time were relatively short,which was significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).After statistical analysis of the pain degree of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,it was found that there was no significant statistical significance before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment,patients in the observation group were significantly milder than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:SDC-CJ2000B medical wound irrigation machine is an ideal method for emergency wound debridement.
