血浆置换联合血浆灌流治疗对急性肝衰竭患者肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析在为急性肝衰竭(ALF)患者实施治疗的过程中血液净化器+膜型血浆分离器+血液灌流器进行血浆置换联合血浆灌流治疗对ALF患者肝功能的影响。方法:将2020年8月~2022年8月在本院接受ALF治疗的患者42例根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=21,血浆置换+血浆灌流治疗)与对照组(n=21,血浆置换治疗)。结果:统计学分析两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后肝功能后可知,观察组患者治疗效果更为理想,治疗后肝功能得到显著改善,与对照组患者相比存在显著差异,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前肝功能并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:运用血液净化器+膜型血浆分离器+血液灌流器进行血浆置换联合血浆灌流治疗ALF,患者肝功能得到显著改善,是一种较为理想的治疗方案。Objective:To evaluate the effect of plasma exchange combined with hemoperfusion on liver function in patients with Acute liver failure(ALF)during the course of Acute liver failure treatment.Methods:In this study,42 patients treated with Alf in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n=21,plasma exchange+plasma perfusion)and control group(n=21,plasma exchange).Results:After statistical analysis of the treatment effect and liver function of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,it can be seen that the treatment effect of the patients in the observation group is more ideal,and the liver function has been significantly improved after treatment,which is significantly different from that of the patients in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in liver function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is an ideal treatment for patients with ALF to use blood purifier,membrane plasma separator and hemoperfusion for plasma exchange and plasma perfusion.The patient’s liver function has significantly improved.
