摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析自动化腹膜透析(Automated Peritoneal Dialysis,APD)治疗尿毒症伴充血性心力衰竭(Congestive Heart Failure,CHF)患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月~2020年5月本院诊治的66例尿毒症伴CHF患者开展本次试验研究,将所有患者随机均分为对照组33例和观察组33例,分别给予血液透析治疗和自动化腹膜透析治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组左室壁厚度指标和心指数指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组N端前脑钠肽、白蛋白指标和平均动脉压高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心功能缓解有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组呼吸频率、平均动脉压、心率指标和并发症发生率相比,观察组均明显偏低(P<0.05)。结论:尿毒症伴CHF患者采用自动化腹膜透析治疗能够提升心功能,有效改善患者各项临床指标,临床疗效显著,患者安全性高。Objective:Retrospectively analyze the application effect of APD in the treatment of uremic patients with CHF.Methods:66 uremic patients with CHF who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected for this study,all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,hemodialysis and APD were given respectively,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the indexes of left ventricular wall thickness and cardiac index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The NT Pro BNP,albumin index and MAP of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The effective rate of cardiac function remission in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the respiratory rate,mean arterial pressure,heart rate and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uremia with CHF patients using automated peritoneal dialysis treatment can improve cardiac function,effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients,clinical efficacy is significant,patients with high safety,has the value of promotion.
