基于预算管理的医院大型医疗设备效益研究

摘　　要：目前,医疗技术水平不断提升,新技术、新理念在医疗设备领域应用普遍,大型医疗设备应运而生。医院基于自身效益出发,也需要大量引进先进的大型医疗设备。而引进这些设备,需要大量资金投入,只有确保设备正常使用,并尽量延长其使用寿命,才能获得更好的收益。同时,对于患者而言,使用大型医疗设备的费用亦相对较高。因此,在进行大型医疗设备采购中,需要做好效益审计工作,不断强化监督,提升医院管理水平,在满足社会效益的前提下提高经济收益。对此,文章基于预算管理,探究医院大型医疗设备效益实现的策略。At present,the level of medical technology has been continuously improved,new technologies and new concepts are widely used in the field of medical equipment,and large-scale medical equipment has emerged as the times require.Based on its own benefits,hospitals also need to introduce a large number of advanced large-scale medical equipment.The introduction of these equipment requires a large amount of capital investment.Only by ensuring the normal use of the equipment and extending its service life can we benefit.For patients,the cost of using large medical equipment is high.Therefore,in the procurement of large medical equipment,it is necessary to do a good job in benefit audit,constantly strengthen supervision,improve hospital management level and improve economic benefits.In this regard,based on budget management,this paper explores the strategies for realizing the benefits of large medical equipment in hospitals.
