摘　　要：电力行业是我国双碳目标实现的关键,配电网布局规划建设的过程中理应践行低碳发展战略,结合负荷需求科学合理布局,方能在用电量持续攀升的大趋势之下,减轻能源负担,创建绿色发展方式。以某智能示范区的配电改造为例,文章将对低碳发展战略目标下配电网布局规划设计与建设进行分析。The electric power industry is the key to achieving the dual carbon goal.In the process of distribution network layout planning and construction,it is reasonable to practice the low-carbon development strategy,combine with the scientific and reasonable layout of charge demand,so as to reduce the energy burden and create a green development mode under the general trend of continuous rising electricity consumption.
