摘　　要：文章提供了一种最佳分断开关优化方法及系统。优化处理时执行以下步骤:筛选出可操作主开关集合,并列举出系统可操作主开关集合的所有开关组合状态;根据每种可操作主开关集合的开关组合状态,对系统主分析配电线路与其对应联络线路进行重组拓扑,剔除重组拓扑后的无效运行方式,获得新配电线路运行方式;基于新配电线路运行方式,计算重组拓扑后的主分析配电线路与其对应联络线路的理论线损值;筛选出理论线损最小值,设置理论线损最小值对应的新配电线路运行方式为最佳运行方式。该系统提高了配网的经济运行能力,降低了线损率,使电网运行更经济,达到降损节能的目的。This paper provides an optimal switching optimization method and system,and performs the following steps during the optimization process:screen out the operable main switch set,and list all switch combination states of the operable main switch set of the system;According to the switch combination status of each operable main switch set,the main analysis distribution line of the system and its corresponding contact line are reorganized to reorganize the topology,and the invalid operation mode after the reorganized topology is eliminated to obtain the new distribution line operation mode;Based on the operation mode of the new distribution line,the theoretical line loss value of the main analysis distribution line and its corresponding connection line after the reorganized topology is calculated.The theoretical line loss minimum value is screened out,and the new distribution line operation mode corresponding to the theoretical line loss minimum value is set as the best operation mode.This system improves the economic operation capacity of the distribution network,reduces the line loss rate,makes the power grid operate more economically,and achieves the purpose of loss reduction and energy saving.
