摘　　要：密集型低压母线槽作为新一代大电流输配电系统,主要用于电力变压器和低压配电柜以及重型负载之间的连接,已广泛应用于汽车制造企业、高层建筑、造船厂、机械电子等领域。母线槽优越的电气绝缘性能、良好的散热性能、最高可达到IP68的防护等级、灵活的扩展性为各类负载提供了稳定的电力供应。因此,母线槽在安装阶段的质量直接影响了后期的安全和稳定生产,文章总结了母线槽实际安装过程中的经验,介绍了母线槽安装过程中容易出现的问题点,并提出了一套母线槽安装的质量控制方法。As a new generation of large current transmission and distribution system,the dense low-voltage bus duct(hereinafter referred to as bus duct)is mainly used for the connection between power transformer and low-voltage distribution cabinet as well as heavy load,which has been widely used in automobile manufacturing enterprises,high-rise buildings,shipyards,mechanical and electrical and other large buildings.The bus duct has excellent electrical insulation performance,good heat dissipation performance,and the highest protection level can reach IP68.The flexible expansion provides a stable power supply for various loads.Therefore,the quality of the bus duct in the installation stage directly affects the safety and stable production in the later period.This paper,based on the summary of the author in the actual installation process of the bus duct,expounds the problems that are easy to occur in the installation process of the bus duct,and puts forward a set of quality control methods for the installation of the bus duct in combination with his own experience.
