摘　　要：电力运维物资涉及的品种繁多,物资管理的好坏直接影响电力企业的生产、建设成本以及工程进度。本文基于EIQ-ABC分类方法,以广西电网为例,依据重要性与流通性进行物资分类,并将省级物料储备分为重点运维物资以及常规运维物资,采取差异化库存管控策略。There are many kinds of electric power operation and maintenance materials,and the quality of material management directly affects the electric power production,construction cost and project progress of enterprises.Based on EIQ—ABC classification method,taking Guangxi Power Grid as an example,this paper classifies materials according to importance and circulation,divides provincial material reserves into key operation and maintenance materials and conventional operation and maintenance materials,and adopts differentiated inventory control strategy.
