摘 要:基于5311巷掘进期间受构造应力以及邻近采空区残余应力作用下,巷道迎头20 m范围内顶板破碎严重,锚杆(索)支护失效率高等技术难题,决定对高应力区巷道顶板采取松动爆破卸压支护技术。应用效果表明:巷道顶板采用松动爆破卸压技术后,将围岩内高应力转移至围岩深部,有效降低了集中应力对巷道围岩的破坏作用,提高了围岩应力拱强度,巷道顶板下沉量由原来的420 mm减小至180 mm,顶板锚杆(索)失效率由原来的11%降低为2%。Aiming at the serious roof breakage in 20 m range of roadway head-on and high failure ratio of bolt or boltmesh support due to the tectonic stress and residual stress of adjacent goaf during excavation in 5311 roadway,the author proposes the roof support technology by stress relief with loose blasting in high-stress zone,whose application effects show that it can transfer the high stress from the surrounding rock interior to the depth,effectively reduce the destruction of concentrated stress on surrounding rock and increase the stress arch intensity with the reduction of roof subsidence from 420mm to 180mm and failure ratio of bolt or boltmesh from 11%to 2%.
