摘 要:针对80207工作面在实际截割过程中截割比能耗值较大,落煤块度较小的问题,采用数值模拟手段对比了不同注水压裂技术对煤层物理力学性能的改善情况,在双排孔来压区域的最大截割深度为16 mm时,滚筒旋转速度减小10.51%,块煤率提升至69.2%,粉尘浓度降低39.63%。同时,对采煤机进刀和割煤方式的组合进行优选,最终确定采用双向割煤端头斜切进刀方式,牵引速度最大可提升12.1%,平均割一刀煤时间减少10.3%。In view of the problems of large cutting specific energy consumption and small coal briquette in the actual cutting process at 80207 working face,the improvement of physical and mechanical properties of coal seams by different water injection fracturing technologies is compared by means of numerical simulation,and the pressure method of double row holes is determined,whose results show that when the maximum cutting depth is 16 mm,the drum rotation speed is reduced by 10.51%,the lump coal rate is increased to 69.2%and the dust concentration is reduced by 39.63%.At the same time,the combination of shearer feed and coal cutting mode is optimized.Finally,the two-way coal cutting end oblique cutting feed mode is adopted with the maximum traction speed increased by 12.1%and the average coal cutting time reduced by 10.3%.
