摘　　要：针对神州煤矿8#煤层4603综采工作面采煤效率低,采煤产生的矸石运输困难、处理困难等问题,提出矸石充填和自然冒落管理采空区新技术,设计开采流程、开采工艺,分析充垮比、充实率对工作面覆岩移动、围岩应力的影响,进而对工作面进行计算设计。4603工作面应用矸石充填和自然冒落混合管理采空区新技术进行开采作业,5个月内工作面采煤80 Mt,充填矸石30 Mt,有效解决开采中矸石问题,提升了开采效率。Aiming at the problems of low coal mining efficiency,difficult transportation and processing of gangue produced in No.8 coal seam at 4603 working face of Shenzhou Colliery,the author proposes a new technology for gangue filling and natural caving management of goaf,including the mining process and technique by analysis of the influence of filling-to-collapse ratio and filling ratio on the overburden strata movement and surrounding rock stress,which can effectively solve the problem of gangue in mining and improve the mining efficiency with 80 Mt coal mined and 30 Mt gangue filled within 5 months at the working face.
