摘 要:本文以干河煤矿+80水平煤仓大范围垮塌区域维修为工程实例,拟定采用临近联巷施工溜煤眼、双模双平台代替单模单平台、可变直径碹骨代替传统碹骨、商品混凝土代替井下人工搅拌混凝土浇筑等工程技术措施;实践中,既解决了煤仓维修期间煤炭运输问题,又确保矿井不停产,且维修工期由5个月缩短至两个半月。这种煤仓快速维修新技术,可为类似状况的煤仓及井筒维修提供经验借鉴。The paper introduces the engineering technology measures of implementing ore pass construction with adjacent connections and replacing single mode and single platform double with mode and double platform,traditional arch bone with diameter-variable arch bone,pouring by hand-mixed concrete with commercial concrete in maintenance of large-range collapse zone of upper 80 horizontal coal bunker in Ganhe Colliery,which can not only solve the problem of coal transportation in bunker maintenance period,but also ensure the non-stop production and shorten the maintenance period from five months to 2.5 months,providing an experience reference for similar maintenance of bunker and shaft.
