摘 要:为解决宜兴煤业回采工作面两道超前支护段单体柱钻底严重、回撤困难的问题,通过矿压监测掌握超前支护段围岩变形规律,采用理论分析计算、数值模拟方法设计、验证了超前支护锚索的参数、支护效果,1207材料巷应用试验结果表明:超前支护段长度为20 m是合理的,顶板锚索长度应不小于4.77 m,采用顶板锚索进行超前段的补强支护可降低顶板、底板岩层的破碎程度,将巷道表面变形量控制在合理范围内,宜兴煤业同类型回采巷道可采用顶板锚索进行超前支护。In order to solve the problem of serious bottom drilling and difficult withdrawal of the single column in the advanced support section at gateway of Yixing coal industry co.,Ltd.,the author proposes the optimization of advanced support reinforced by roof anchor cable,including the parameter and support effect through theoretical analysis calculation and numerical simulation based on the deformation law of the surrounding rock through the mine pressure monitoring,whose application test results show that the reinforcing support can reduce the crushing ratio of the top and bottom rock stratum and control the surface deformation of the roadway within a reasonable range with 20-meter-long advance support section is reasonable,4.77-meter-long roof anchor cable,providing a reference for the same type of mining roadway in Yixing Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.
