摘 要:以付家焉煤业10#煤层开采为工程实例,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法对放顶煤采煤法在初采、末采阶段矿压显现特征进行详细探讨;为提高煤炭资源回收率,拟定实施“初采阶段解除支护、末采阶段水力压裂”等技术手段;在10106综放工作面进行现场试验,应用表明,采用解除支护工艺后,初采阶段可多回收煤炭资源5071.5 t,采用水力压裂工艺后,末采阶段可多回收煤炭资源15939 t,总计可多回收煤炭资源21010.5 t。By theoretical analysis of the strata behavior characteristics in top coal caving through numerical simulation in the stage of primary recovery and end mining,the author proposes the technological means of“support removal in primary recovery and hydraulic fracturing in end mining”at 10106 caving face in No.10 coal seam of Fujiayan Coal Industry Co.,whose field testing shows that it can improve the coal recovery rate by 5071.5 tons in primary recovery and by 21010.5 tones in end mining.
