摘 要:由于武家山水源井打穿奥灰水含水层,井水通过10#煤层采空区引发南山煤矿回风巷出现透水事故。基于此,南山煤矿采取了两种封堵方案,经实践得出采用下放套管,骨料阻水,最后注浆封堵的方案,将适宜的骨料通过骨料添加器连续推入89 mm套管及89 mm与180 mm套管之间,通过孔底的泵压和水压的共同作用,部分骨料将流向241 m处的泄压口处,将泄压通道用骨料逐渐封堵,封堵后向孔内注入水泥浆液,实现了水源井源头的彻底封堵。Aiming at the water leakage accident of the return air roadway in Nanshan Colliery,the article proposes two plugging schemes,adopting the scheme of lowering casing,blocking water with aggregate,and finally grouting plugging through practice,which continuously pushes appropriate aggregate between the 89 mm casing and the 89 mm and 180 mm casing through the aggregate adder.Through the combined action of pump pressure and water pressure at the hole bottom,part of the aggregate flows to the pressure relief port at 241 m,gradually blocking the pressure relief channel,and injects the cement slurry into the hole after plugging to completely block the source of the water source well.
