摘  要:以燕子山煤矿8202工作面为工程实例,拟采用煤层注水提高煤层含水率的方法力图降低工作面生产时的粉尘浓度。根据燕子山煤矿煤层赋存条件,在8202工作面实施长孔低压、短孔中压及二者综合的注水工艺,并对不同工艺的降尘效果进行了现场验证。应用表明,综合注水工艺下的煤层含水率为5.52%,较未注水原煤含水率增加了125.3%;综合注水工艺下的工作面粉尘浓度为22 mg/m^(3),较短孔中压或长孔低压注水分别降低了66.7%、58.5%,降尘效果显著。Taking the 8202 working face of Yanzishan Colliery as an engineering example,it is proposed to adopt the method of injecting water into the coal seam to increase the water content of the coal seam to reduce the dust concentration during the production of the working face.According to its occurrence conditions of coal seams,a comprehensive water injection process of long hole low pressure,short hole middle pressure,are implemented in 8202 working face,and the dust reduction effects of different processes are verified on site,whose application shows that the water content of the coal seam under the comprehensive water injection process is 5.52%,which is 125.3%higher than that of the raw coal without water injection,the dust concentration under the comprehensive water injection process is 22 mg/m^(3),which is 66.7%and 58.5%lower than that of short hole medium pressure water injection or long hole low pressure water injection respectively,with significant dust reduction effects.
