摘 要:深冷处理工艺作为金属材料热处理的补充,可以良好地改善材料地综合力学性能、尺寸稳定性及耐磨性,常广泛应用于钢铁材料制造加工工艺中。当前,深冷处理工艺在铝合金材料加工方面的研究和应用也有所突破,本文主要从深冷处理工艺对铝合金材料结构组织影响的原理入手,探究深冷处理工艺与铝合金耐腐蚀性方面的关系,从而为铝合金深冷处理工艺的研究和应用提供一定的指导。As a supplement to heat treatment of metal materials,cryogenic treatment can effectively improve the comprehensive mechanical properties,dimensional stability,and wear resistance of materials,and is often widely used in the manufacturing and processing of steel materials.At present,there have been breakthroughs in the research and application of cryogenic treatment technology in the processing of aluminum alloy materials.This article mainly starts with the principle of the impact of cryogenic treatment technology on the structural organization of aluminum alloy materials,and studies the relationship between cryogenic treatment technology and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy,which can provide some guidance for the research and application of aluminum alloy cryogenic treatment technology.
