摘　　要：本文介绍了一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型一体式风机专用组合开关,适用于技术领域中的隔爆、基本安全型多回路电磁启动器。需要解决的技术问题包括为竖井提供防爆和基本安全风机类型、改进设备设计;为解决这些问题,应从控制柜入手,在控制柜侧面安装电缆连接或喇叭嘴。控制柜前部设有门壳,门壳设有视频显示器和按钮块外壳,通过锁定机构连接外壳。这些面板和机柜分别安装在电机、门盖和电机之间,包括带有机械锁和风机腔的面板和机柜的电源。This paper introduces a kind of integrated fan switch with flameproof and intrinsically safe type for mine,which is suitable for flameproof and basic safety multi-loop electromagnetic starter in technical field.Technical issues to be addressed include providing explosion-proof and basic safety fan types for shafts and improving equipment design.The technical solution to these problems starts from the control cabinet by installing cable connections or loudspeakers on the side of the control cabinet.The front of the control cabinet is provided with a door shell,and the door shell is provided with a video display and a button block shell,which is connected to the shell through a locking mechanism.These panels and cabinets are respectively installed between the motor,the door cover and the motor and include a panel with a mechanical lock and a fan cavity and a power supply for the cabinet.
