摘 要:为探究船舶燃用生物柴油的节能减排效果,本文选用一搜在用渔船为研究对象,分别燃用B0(纯石化柴油)、B50(生物柴油与石化柴油体积各占50%)、BD100(纯生物柴油),并利用便携式排放测试设备(Portable Emission Measurement System,PEMS)测试实际航行排放。综合油耗的结果显示,相对于船用柴油,BD100生物柴油每百公里增加0.5%,B50生物柴油增加3.4%。动力性能测试的结果显示,相对于船用柴油,BD100和B50生物柴油动力性能都有所增加,BD100生物柴油在巡航过程掉头至稳定航速时间缩短24.2%,B50缩短18.7%。排放的结果显示,对于CO_(2),相对于船用柴油,BD100和B50生物柴油的排放因子均有所增加,与油耗相契合,其中BD100增加0.5%。B50增加3.4%;对于CO,相对于船用柴油,BD100和B50生物柴油均减少,其中,BD100降低49.2%,B50降低43.2%;对于NOx,相对于船用柴油,BD100和B50生物柴油均减少,其中,BD100降低7.6%,B50降低5.4%;对于HC,相对于船用柴油,BD100和B50生物柴油均减少,其中,BD100降低63.4%,B50降低45.2%。In order to explore the energy saving and emission reduction effect of ships burning biodiesel,this paper selects a fishing boat in use as the research object,and uses B0(pure petrochemical diesel),B50(biodiesel and petrochemical diesel account for 50%of the volume respectively),BD100(pure biodiesel)to conduct actual navigation emission test using portable emission test equipment(PEMS).The results of the combined fuel consumption show that compared with marine diesel,BD100 biodiesel increased by 0.5%and B50 biodiesel increased by 3.4%per 100 km,The comparison results of dynamic performance test show that the dynamic performance of BD100 and B50 biodiesel has increased compared with that of marine diesel.The time from turning around to steady speed of BD100 biodiesel is shortened by 24.2%and B50 is shortened by 18.7%compared with that of marine diesel during cruise.The results of emission comparison show that for CO_(2),the emission factors based on BD100 and B50 biodiesel have increased compared with those based on marine diesel,which is consistent with the fuel consumption,in which BD100 has increased by 0.5%.B50 increased by 3.4%.For CO,BD100 and B50 biodiesel are reduced compared with marine diesel,in which BD100 is reduced by 49.2%,and B50 is reduced by 43.2%.For NOx,BD100 and B50 biodiesel are both reduced compared with marine diesel,in which BD100 is reduced by 7.6%,and B50 is reduced by 5.4%.For HC,BD100 and B50 biodiesel are reduced compared with marine diesel,in which BD100 is reduced by 63.4%,and B50 is reduced by 45.2%.
