摘  要:针对阀门行业中以水为介质对工件进行手动试压的缺点,本文设计了一种基于PLC的无水试压机,并使用SCADA软件对多台试压机进行数据采集与过程控制,介绍了基于S7-1200控制的无水试压机的工作原理,综合使用了Wincc7.5的基本画面、用户归档、报表功能、全局脚本等功能。经实际运行测试,试压机能准确检测出微泄露工件,上位机的使用降低了现场人员填写纸质文档的错误率,提升了现场操作人员的工作效率,方便班组长人员对现场设备的监视与管理,为工件品质溯源提供了便利条件。In view of the shortcomings of manual pressure test on workpieces with water as the medium in the valve industry,this paper designs an anhydrous pressure test machine based on PLC,and uses SCADA software to collect data and control the process of several pressure test machines.This paper introduces the working principle of waterless test press based on S7-1200 control,and comprehensively uses the basic picture,user archiving,report function,global script and other functions of Wincc7.5.The actual operation test shows that the test press can accurately detect the micro leakage workpiece.The use of the upper computer reduces the error rate of the on-site personnel filling in the paper documents,improves the work efficiency of the on-site operators,facilitates the monitoring and management of the on-site equipment by the team leader,and provides convenient conditions for the traceability of the workpiece quality.
