摘 要:304不锈钢压力容器在各领域都有着广泛应用,是工业生产中必不可少的设备之一,这也对其质量提出了更高的要求,要高度重视检测工作,确保安全使用。因此,本文首先介绍了声发射技术的主要原理和特点,再分析了声发射技术的发展历史和声发射技术在304不锈钢压力容器无损检测中的应用程序,以及声发射技术在304不锈钢压力容器中无损检测的机理和应用效果,旨在提高304不锈钢压力容器的检测质量,减少事故的发生。304 stainless steel pressure vessel has a wi de range of applications in various fields,is one of the essential equipment in industrial production,which also put forward higher requirements for its quality,to pay great attention to the detection work,so as to ensure the safety of use.Therefore,this paper first introduces the main principle and characteristics of acoustic emission technology,and then analyzes the development history of acoustic emission technology and its application program in the nondestructive testing of 304 stainless steel pressure vessel as well as the mechanism and application effect of acoustic emission technology in the nondestructive testing of 304 stainless steel pressure vessel,in order to improve the quality of the testing of 304 stainless steel pressure vessel.Reducing the number of accidents helps.
