摘 要:为了有效突破显示屏多层模组的局限性,解决检测数据不完整等问题,现设计一款功能完善、实用性强的基于显示屏的多光谱智能检测系统。首先,在介绍多光源检测技术的基础上,从核心处理器选择和传感器模块设计两方面完成系统硬件设计;其次,从显示模块设计、激励信号源模块设计、视频信号采集模块设计、电源模块设计4个方面完成系统功能模块设计;最后,研究系统应用。结果表明,该系统具有操作简单、易于维护扩展、灵敏度高、安全可靠性高等特点,完全符合各种显示屏无损检测需求。In order to effectively break through the limitations of the multi-layer module of the display screen and solve the problem of incomplete detection data,a multi-spectral intelligent detection system based on the display screen with perfect functions and strong practicability is designed.First of all,on the basis of introducing the multi-light detection technology,the hardware design of the system is completed from the selection of the core processor and the design of the sensor module.Secondly,from the display module design,excitation signal source module design,video signal acquisition module design,power supply module design four aspects,complete the system function module design.Finally,the system application is studied.The results show that the system has the characteristics of simple operation,easy maintenance and expansion,high sensitivity,high safety and reliability,and fully meets the requirements of various displays for nondestructive testing.
