摘 要:继电器作为工业生产中的常用设备,其误动作或故障问题会直接影响工业设备安全性、电力供应稳定性,进而对企业综合效益造成负面影响。因此,在实施继电器选型时必须实施严格的试验测试分析,触点接触电阻作为直接反映继电器综合性能的重要参数之一,更是继电器试验测试中需着重分析的内容。本文将介绍一种基于LabVIEW的继电器触点接触电阻自动测试设计方案,此设计主要包括系统硬件平台、自动测试方案、系统软件设计3个部分,为进一步确定继电器触点接触电阻自动测试设计方案的应用效果,采用多种继电器样品分析测试,最终确认自动测试设计方案具有较高的检测精度。As a common equipment in industrial production,the malfunction or failure of relay will directly affect the safety of industrial equipment and the stability of power supply,and then have a negative impact on the comprehensive benefits of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out strict test and analysis when selecting the type of relay,and contact resistance is one of the important parameters which directly reflect the comprehensive performance of relay,it is the relay test needs to focus on the analysis of the content.According to this,this paper will introduce a design of automatic test of contact resistance of relay based on LabVIEW.This design mainly includes three parts:system hardware platform,automatic test scheme and system software design,in order to further determine the application effect of the design scheme of automatic test of contact resistance of relay,a variety of relay samples were used to analyze and test,and the high precision of the design scheme was finally confirmed.
