摘 要:采用离子色谱检测氯乙酸制甘氨酸过程中氯乙酸中一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸及硫酸根的方法,该方法具体步骤如下:配制一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸及硫酸根4种阴离子的混合标准溶液,选用AS19-HC分析柱,KOH淋洗液,进入离子色谱检测系统进行梯度淋洗,得到浓度和峰面积的线性方程。通过线性方程计算氯乙酸中各组分的含量。整个分析过程操作简单快捷,污染及损失较小,空白及样品加标回收率在96%~99.75%之间,适用于氯乙酸中一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸及硫酸根的含量检测。The method of monochloroacetic acid,dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid and sulfate in the process of ion chromatography to detect chloroacetic acid to glycine,the specific steps of the method are as follows:the preparation of a mixed standard solution of four anions of monochloroacetic acid,dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid and sulfate,the selection of AS19-HC analysis column,KOH eluent,into the ion chromatography detection system for gradient leaching,to obtain a linear equation of concentration and peak area.The content of each component in chloroacetic acid is calculated by linear equations.The whole analysis process is simple and fast,the pollution and loss are small,and the blank and sample standard recovery rate is between 96%and 99.75%,which is suitable for the detection of monochloroacetic acid,dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid and sulfate content in chloroacetic acid.
