摘  要:为解决采用人工定期测量锅炉水质中磷酸根含量的方法所存在的效率低、测试精度依靠人工经验,精确度波动较大的不足的问题,提出了一种新的基于化学分析法的自动测试工艺。通过应用自动测试分析仪并对测试工艺、测试参数的优化,实现了测试效率和测试精度的提升。实际应用表明,新的自动测试工艺,能够将磷酸根测试效率提升3倍以上,对磷酸根离子含量的测定偏差在0.12%~0.34%以内,极大地提升了磷酸测试的自动化程度。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,relying on manual experience for testing accuracy,and significant fluctuations in accuracy caused by the use of manual periodic measurement of phosphate content in boiler water quality,a new automatic testing process based on chemical analysis is proposed.By applying automatic testing analyzers and optimizing testing processes and parameters,the improvement of testing efficiency and accuracy has been achieved.Practical applications have shown that the new automatic testing process can increase the efficiency of phosphate ion testing by more than three times,and the measurement deviation for phosphate ion content is within 0.12%~0.34%,greatly improving the automation level of phosphate testing.
