摘  要:燃煤电厂需要对水分、灰分、发热量等煤质参数进行检测,目前普遍应用各类在线检测方法。针对某电厂的具体应用需求,基于X射线吸收法原理,研发MDL-200型检测装置,并对其装置构成、工作流程等进行设计,经工业性试验及数据统计分析,指标测量精度及应用效果均达到预期要求,技术经济效益显著。Coal-fired power plants need to detect coal quality parameters such as moisture,ash content,and heat generation.Currently,various online detection methods are widely used.In response to the specific application requirements of a certain power plant,based on the principle of X-ray absorption method,the MDL-200 detection device was developed,and its device composition and workflow were designed.After industrial experiments and data statistical analysis,the measurement accuracy and application effect of the indicators met the expected requirements,and the technical and economic benefits were significant.
