摘  要:为解决选煤厂原来以重介质旋流器为核心设备的粗煤泥分选工艺中灰分高、精煤质量不稳定的问题,在对选煤厂粗煤泥分选工艺现状分析的基础上,通过小筛分试验查找原因;通过对比不同设备在粗煤泥分选应用的优劣势,初步确定以干扰床对粗煤泥进行分选的优化方案,并完成了优化后分选工艺流程和设备选型的设计;最后,通过实践生产验证了本次优化的效果。In order to solve the problems of high ash content and unstable quality of clean coal in the coarse coal slurry separation process of the coal preparation plant,which originally used a heavy medium cyclone as the core equipment,based on the analysis of the current situation of the coarse coal slurry separation process in the coal preparation plant,the reasons were identified through small screening tests.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different equipment in the separation of coarse coal slime,an optimization plan for separating coarse coal slime using an interference bed was preliminarily determined,and the optimized separation process flow and equipment selection design were completed.Finally,the effectiveness of this optimization was verified through practical production.
