摘　　要：总有机碳分析仪(简称TOC分析仪)的原理是在测量溶液或固体状态样品中的碳含量时将样品中的碳元素氧化为二氧化碳,利用二氧化碳与碳质量之间的对应关系,得到样品中碳元素的含量,从而对水溶液中总有机碳含量进行定量测定。通过不同厂家原理TOC分析仪在化工生产过程控制的应用比较,简单说明其在不同场景的应用状况,为同行选择总有机碳分析仪提供参考和依据。The principle of Total organic carbon analyzer(TOC analyzer for short)is to oxidize the carbon element in the sample to carbon dioxide when measuring the carbon content in the solution or solid state sample,and use the corresponding relationship between carbon dioxide and carbon mass to obtain the content of carbon element in the sample,so as to quantitatively determine the content of total organic carbon in the aqueous solution.Through the comparison of the application of TOC analyzer in chemical production process control by different manufacturers,the application status of TOC analyzer in different scenarios is simply explained,providing reference and basis for peers to select Total organic carbon analyzer.
