摘　　要：三采区轨道巷为大断面岩巷,巷道掘进面临掘进效率低、工作人员劳动强度大等问题,为此提出将先进的凿岩、装矸以及运矸设备应用到巷道掘进中,提升大断面岩巷掘进效率。根据现场情况,提出采用CMJ2-30液压钻进台车替代YT28气腿式凿岩机、ZWY-180/79L挖掘式装载机代替P120B耙斗式装岩机、ST-8/6B梭车代替矿车提高炮眼钻进、装矸以及运矸效率,采用中深孔光面爆破代替以往浅孔爆破提高炮眼利用率以及破岩效率。现场应用后,巷道掘进进尺均超过80m/月,明显提升了巷道掘进效率,可为采区早日投产创造良好条件。The track roadway in the third mining area is a large cross-section rock roadway,which faces problems such as low excavation efficiency and high labor intensity of workers.Therefore,it is proposed to apply advanced drilling,loading,and transportation equipment to the roadway excavation to improve the efficiency of large cross-section rock roadway excavation.Based on the on-site situation,it is proposed to use CMJ2-30 hydraulic drilling jumbo instead of YT28 air leg rock drill,ZWY-180/79L excavator loader instead of P120B rake bucket rock loader,and ST-8/6B shuttle truck instead of mining truck to improve the efficiency of borehole drilling,loading,and transportation.Medium deep hole smooth blasting is used to replace shallow hole blasting to improve borehole utilization and rock breaking efficiency.After on-site application,the footage of tunnel excavation has exceeded 80m/month,significantly improving the efficiency of tunnel excavation and creating good conditions for the early production of the mining area.
