摘 要:以马脊梁矿8117工作面为研究背景,针对该矿顶煤采出率低、开采存在安全风险的问题,结合8117工作面的地质状况,对放顶煤开采工艺进行了模拟试验与参数优化研究,经过工作面的现场验证,证明了:设定机采高度为4 m,开采工艺选用一采一放的方式,两轮间隔进行放煤,优化后的放顶煤工艺将顶煤采出率提升21.1%,达到88%以上,且开采更加高效、更加安全。Taking the 8117 working face of Majiliang mine as the research background,in response to the problems of low top coal extraction rate and safety risks in mining,combined with the geological conditions of the 8117 working face,simulation experiments and parameter optimization research were conducted on the top coal caving mining process.After on-site verification of the working face,it was proved that the machine mining height was set to 4 meters,and the mining process was selected to adopt a one mining and one caving method,with two rounds of coal caving at intervals.The optimized top coal caving process has increased the top coal extraction rate by 21.1%,reaching over 88%,and the mining is more efficient and safe.
