摘 要:为明确污灌区表层土壤和玉米中多环芳烃(PAHs)的含量及其污染水平,选取太原市汾河沿岸的小店区、晋源区和清徐县3个污灌区采集农田土壤和玉米样品,检测农田土壤和玉米各部位中PAHs含量,并采用健康风险评价模型评估农田土壤中多环芳烃的健康风险。结果表明,农田土壤PAHs对成人和儿童的非致癌风险指数均小于1,对人群未产生明显的非致癌健康危害;农田土壤PAHs对成人和儿童的致癌风险指数水平均为10-6,没有超过致癌风险水平上限(10-4),致癌风险水平尚在可接受范围内。研究区中,对成人和儿童的非致癌风险从大到小为晋源区>小店区>清徐县,致癌风险排序为小店区>晋源区>清徐县。口-作物途径是土壤PAHs最为主要的暴露方式。多环芳烃对儿童健康的威胁风险明显大于成人,这可能与儿童玩泥土多有关系,所以应尽可能避免儿童直接接触或误食土壤等污染物。In order to determine the content and pollution level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in surface soil and maize in sewage irrigation area,Farmland soil and corn samples were collected from three sewage irrigation areas along the Fenhe River in Taiyuan,including Xiaodian district,Jinyuan District and Qingxu County,and the content of PAHs in each part of farmland soil and maize were detected.The health risk assessment model was used to evaluate the health risk of PAHs in farmland soil.The results showed that assessment showed that the non-carcinogenic risk index of farmland soil PAHs to both adults and children was less than 1,and there was no obvious non-carcinogenic health harm to the population.The carcinogenic risk index level of farmland soil PAHs for both adults and children was 10-6,which did not exceed the upper limit of carcinogenic risk level(10-4),and the carcinogenic risk level was still within the acceptable range.In the study area,the non-carcinogenic risk for adults and children from large to small is Jinyuan District>Xiaodian District>Qingxu County,and the carcinogenic risk is Xiaodian District>Jinyuan District>Qingxu County.The oral-crop pathway was the most important exposure mode of PAHs in soil.The risk of PAHs to children's health is significantly greater than that of adults,which is related to children playing with soil,so children should avoid direct contact with or ingestion of soil and other pollutants as much as possible.
