摘 要:根据工程实例,分析在末端治理中活性炭吸附法处理小风量低浓度VOCs的影响因素及环保投资经济成本,给出提高活性炭吸附法处理效率同时降低企业污染治理经济成本的合理建议。结果表明,优化风量设计参数,填充与设计风量匹配的蜂窝状活性炭,可以提高活性炭吸附法的处理效率;采用预处理及固定床吸附装置,同时加强日常环境管理可降低企业设备运行及污染治理的经济成本,是排放小风量低浓度VOCs企业经济发展与环境保护的最优组合解。According to the engineering examples,the influencing factors of activated carbon adsorption method in the end treatment of small air volume and low concentration of VOCs and the economic cost of environmental investment were analyzed,and reasonable suggestions were given to improve the efficiency of activated carbon adsorption method and reduce the economic cost of pollution control.The results show that the efficiency of the activated carbon adsorption method can be improved by optimizing the air volume design parameters and filling the honeycomb activated carbon with the designed air volume.The use of pretreatment and fixed bed adsorption device,while strengthening daily environmental management can reduce the economic cost of enterprise equipment operation and pollution control,is the optimal combination of economic development and environmental protection of enterprises with low air volume and low concentration VOCs emission.
