摘　　要：目的探讨流程化沟通模式(CICARE)在乳腺癌患者锥光束乳腺CT(cone-beam breast CT,CBBCT)检查中的应用研究。方法选择2020年7月—2021年8月在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院首次行CBBCT检查的乳腺癌患者258例为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=131)和对照组(n=127)。采用CICARE模式与观察组进行沟通,采用常规护理模式与对照组进行沟通。检查结束后,对比分析两组间患者检查满意度、舒适度、造影效果、不良反应,以及两组对护士沟通能力的评价。结果观察组满意度、沟通能力评分及造影效果优的比例均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),舒适度评分、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CICARE沟通模式应用于乳腺癌患者的CBBCT检查,在一定程度上改善了护患间的沟通能力和护患关系,提高了患者满意度。Objective To explore the application of CICARE in cone-beam breast CT(CBBCT)of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 258 patients with breast cancer who underwent CBBCT for the first time in Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=131)and control group(n=127)according to random number table method.CICARE mode was used to communicate with the observation group,and conventional nursing mode was used to communicate with the control group.Comparative analysis of patient satisfaction,comfort,imaging results,adverse reactions,and evaluation of nurses′communication skills between the two groups.Results The proportion of satisfaction,communication ability score and excellent imaging effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CICARE communication mode in CBBCT examination of breast cancer patients has improved the communication ability between nurses and patients and the nurse patient relationship to a certain extent,and improved patient satisfaction.
