摘  要:根据海上石油登船梯架的分布情况,考虑其中心对称性以及登船梯架上的每层花纹钢板的同一性,选择塔架主要部件,利用三维软件SolidWorks建立3D模型,使用Ansys软件中应力分析模块对主要的结构进行静应力分析和屈曲分析。考虑自重载荷、风载荷以及温度场的作用,对海上石油登船梯架进行力学分析,研究海上石油登船梯架的风力倾倒临界力,得到相应的应力云图以及不同阶数的模态云图。根据GB50017《钢结构设计规范》进行强度校核,将得到的计算结果和规范进行比较,表明该登船梯架的结构设计在14级风以下的强度下满足要求,对后续的登船梯架结构设计具有一定意义。According to the distribution of offshore oil embarkation ladder,considering its center symmetry and the identity of each layer of pattern steel plate on the embarkation ladder,the main components of the tower are selected,and a 3D model is established by using 3D software SolidWorks.The static stress analysis and buckling analysis of the main structure are carried out by using the stress analysis module of Ansys software.Considering the effects of dead weight load,wind load and temperature field,the mechanical analysis of offshore oil embarkation ladder is carried out,and the critical dumping force of offshore oil embarkation ladder is studied.According to GB50017 Code for Design of Steel Structures,the strength is checked,and the calculation results are compared with the code.It shows that the structural design of the boarding ladder meets the requirements under the strength of 14 wind,which has certain guiding significance for the subsequent design of the boarding ladder structure.
