摘 要:喷水推进组合体作为我国独创的一种节能型推进装置,其推进效率、操作性能和变工况适应能力的优势显著,在研制到应用的过程中已得到充分体现。通过调整舵壳及舵板的转动角度实现航态控制,对不同转动角度下的推进组合体各部件及整体进行受力分析,并对不同航态下组合舵的内部流动及尾流场进行分析。结果表明:舵壳和中舵板的同步转动改变了组合舵内部流道的压力和速度分布以及喷口后流体的流动方向,以此控制船舶正航转向;小角度转动时相对转动与同步转动效果相似;通过对中舵板转动角度的调节可控制前后出流方向的流量,中舵板在较大相对转动角度时将使得舵内有效流道面积减小,喷口尾流从舵内偏折并从间隙反向喷出,可控制船舶减速或倒航。As a unique energy-saving propulsion device originally created in China,the remarkable advantages of waterjet assembly in propulsion efficiency,operational performance and adaptability to changing conditions,which have been fully reflected in the process from development to application.By adjusting the rotation angle of the rudder shell and the rudder plate,the navigate state control is realized,the force analysis of each component and the whole of the waterjet assembly under different rotation angles is carried out,and the internal flow and wake field of built-up rudder under different navigate states are analyzed.The results show that the synchronous rotation of the rudder shell and the middle rudder plate changes the pressure and velocity distribution of the internal flow channel of the built-up rudder and the flow direction of the fluid behind the nozzle,it can control the ship's forward steering,when rotating at a small angle,the effect of relative rotation is similar to synchronous rotation,the flow in the front and rear outlet directions can be controlled by adjusting the rotation angle of the middle rudder plate,when the middle rudder plate has a large relative rotation angle,the effective flow channel area in the rudder will be reduced,and the nozzle wake deflects from the rudder and ejects reversely from the gap,which can control the ship to slow down or reverse.
