摘 要:船舶舱底的含油废水,主要是由船舶机舱内各种阀件和管路中漏出的废水,或是轮机在运转过程中泄漏的油污组合而成。而超滤膜技术凭借其小空间、低能耗、精简化、高效率的特点,目前在处理船舶舱底含油废水中效果显著。但在运行过程中,膜污染则不可避免,其在实际应用中不仅会造成膜通量下降甚至影响膜的分离特性,进而降低超滤膜工艺的工作效率。同时如果对船舶舱底长期采取化学药剂的清洗,还是会不可避免的对船体本身造成损耗,减少其使用寿命,甚至会导致其过滤性能彻底失效。因此针对船舶舱底含油废水,如何科学合理地采取超滤膜技术对其进行处理,是本文研究的重点。Oily waste water from the ship's bilge is mainly composed of waste water leaked from various valves and pipelines in the ship's engine room,or related oil pollution leaked during the operation of the engine.Ultrafiltration membrane technology,with its characteristics of small space,low energy consumption,precision and simplicity,and high efficiency,currently has significant effects in the treatment of oily wastewater from ship bilges.However,during operation,membrane fouling is inevitable.In practical applications,it not only causes a decrease in membrane flux and even affects the separation characteristics of the membrane,thereby reducing the working efficiency of the ultrafiltration membrane process.At the same time,if long-term chemical cleaning of the ship's bilge is carried out,it will inevitably cause damage to the hull itself,reduce its service life,and even lead to complete failure of its filtration performance.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably adopt ultrafiltration membrane technology to treat oily wastewater from ship bilges will be the focus of this study.
