中日韩FTA建设的新机遇与新挑战——基于全球大变局视域下

摘　　要：当前,世界政治经济格局正经历百年未有之大变局。中日韩FTA建设契合三国共同利益,不仅可以给三国带来巨大的经济效益,而且更能彰显三国拥护全球化,反对贸易保护主义的政治决心。中日韩FTA是三方经贸合作的“助推器”,有利于三方在深入合作中增进共识,消除分歧,增强互信,对东北亚和世界安全稳定具有重要意义。At present,the world's political and economic pattern is undergoing major changes unprecedented in a century.Brexit,Sino-US trade war accelerates the decoupling of the Sino-US economy,and economic globalization is suffering an unprecedented test;The epidemic storm has swept across countries,the global economy is in a rapid recession,and the world's supply chain is facing the risk of deconstruction;The regional hot war led by the Russian-Ukrainian conflict has caused a global energy supply and food supply crisis that has cast a shadow over the world's development prospects;NATO is broad in the east,the world pattern is changing,the world political pattern is developing in the direction of collectivization and militarization,and the"new Cold War"thinking is accelerating;Under the terrifying waves,there are also blue sails diving,and the RECP Regional Free Trade Agreement has officially entered into force,anchoring the way forward for the development of the world economy.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes the new opportunities and challenges facing the construction of China-Japan-Korea FTA,and provides references and prospects for its future development.
