摘　　要：西门子S120变频器因具有稳定的性能、迅速的动态响应和高精度的控制要求,使其在变频器市场中具有一定的地位,在轧钢领域也非常受欢迎。本文结合S120在飞剪传动系统中出现的总过流故障导致的长停机进行分析,为今后出现类似故障提供思路。A SINAMICS S120 inverter has a certain position in the inverter market and is also very popular in the field of steel rolling because of its stable performance,rapid dynamic respons€and high precision control requirements.This paper an a lyzes the long shutdown caused by the total overcurre nt fault of S120 in the flying shear tran smissi on system,and provides ideas for similar faults in the future.
