集束化延续性护理与非小细胞肺癌分子靶向治疗患者生命质量的关联分析

摘　　要：目的探索集束化延续性护理模式与非小细胞肺癌分子靶向治疗患者生命质量的关联。方法选取2017年3月—2018年5月在医院就诊的非小细胞肺癌患者,共68例,均使用分子靶向药物治疗。集束化延续性护理组35例(观察组),常规护理组患者28例(对照组)。结果观察组患者吸烟率高于对照组患者(57.1%vs 32.1%,P=0.04),且患者出院后心理状态及护理满意度较好(P<0.05)。重复资料的方差分析结果显示,观察组和对照组患者出院前3天的各个维度及生命质量总分差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者出院后1月、3月、6月的各个维度及生命质量总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化延续性护理模式可以改善非小细胞肺癌分子靶向治疗患者的生命质量。For exploring the correlation between cluster continuous care of and the quality of life in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,this study selects 68 non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to May 2018,who were treated with molecular targeted drugs,35 cases in the cluster continuous care group,can 28 cases in the routine nursing group.The fi ndings go as the following:the smoking rate is higher in the observation group than in the control group(57.1%vs 32.1%,P=0.04),and the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the patients after discharge is better(P<0.05).An analysis of variance on of the repeated data show the results:there are no statistically signifi cant diff erences between the observation group and the control group in each dimension and the total score of quality of life 3days before discharge(P>0.05),all dimensions and total scores of life quality of patients in the observation group are higher than those in the control group at 1 month,3 months and 6minths after discharge.The conclusion is drawn that the quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with molecular targeted therapy can be improved by cluster continuous care model.
