摘  要:目的:构建光电容积脉搏波信号处理关键算法,以提升光电容积脉搏波技术临床应用效能。方法:根据信号采集特征及采集部位不同,采用小波变换除噪算法、五点差分阈值算法、去基线归一化算法、高斯拟合算法和传递模型算法,在个人电脑(PC)端到手机Android端的跨平台和Matlab语言到Java语言的跨语言编程中,实现高斯拟合算法和传递模型算法。结果:除噪算法中的db9小波函数除噪中噪声集中于第1层高频段,运动伪迹分布在第8层低频段;五点差分阈值算法能够准确识别出波峰点;去基线归一化算法能够有效抑制低频干扰并统一信号幅值;高斯拟合算法和传递模型算法在跨平台跨语言编程实现了性能一致。结论:构建的光电容积脉搏波信号处理关键算法可为容积脉搏波技术用于生物医学工程及临床实践提供参考和借鉴,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To construct a key algorithms of the signal processing of the photo plethysmography(PPG),so as to improve the clinical application efficiency of the PPG technique.Methods:In view of the different characteristics and positions of signal acquisition,the wavelet transform de-noising algorithm,five-point differential threshold value algorithm,de-baseline normalization algorithm,Gaussian fitting algorithm and delivery model algorithm were adopted.The Gaussian fitting algorithm and delivery model algorithm were realized in the cross-platform[from personal computer(PC)to Android]programming and cross-language(from Matlab to Java)programming.Results:The noise concentrated in the high frequency band of the first layer in the de-noise with db9 wavelet function of de-noising algorithm.The motion artifact distributed in the low frequency band of the eighth layer.The five-point differential threshold value algorithm can accurately identify the point of wave peak.The de-baseline normalization algorithm can effectively suppress interference of low-frequency and unify signal amplitude.Gaussian fitting algorithm and delivery model algorithm have realized the consistency of performance in cross-platform programming and cross-language programming.Conclusion:The constructed key algorithm of PPG signal processing can provide references for the application of PPG technique in medical engineering and clinical practice,which has important clinical application value.
