摘　　要：分析数字减影血管造影(DSA)设备机械系统的结构组成和功能原理,探讨其常见故障的排查和处理方式。分别从球管专用支架、介入诊疗床和高压注射装置阐述机械系统各部分的组成及工作流程。机械系统不同组成部分的故障现象各不相同,通过控制信号检测逐一排查故障出处,对典型故障进行原因分析和排查处理。球管专用支架故障会引起C形臂的运动,诊疗床故障会导致升降或水平运动异常,高压注射装置故障则会影响对比剂的注射,通过故障现象分析和排查,及时更换异常部件,设备故障排查并恢复正常使用。工程师应掌握设备结构原理,积累典型故障的维修经验,积极开展设备的日常维护和故障处理,提高设备的临床服务水平。To analyze the structural composition and functional principle of mechanical system of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)equipment and to discuss the troubleshooting and treatment methods of common faults.The composition and working flow of each part of the mechanical system were described from three aspects of special support for ball tube,interventional treatment bed and high-pressure injection device,and the data communication network of computer,circuit and hardware was constructed.The fault phenomenon of different components of the mechanical system were different.The sources of the faults were investigated one by one through the control signal detection,the causes were analyzed and the typical faults were eliminated.The failure of the special support for ball tube would cause the movement of c-arm,the failure of the diagnosis and treatment bed would lead to abnormal lifting or horizontal movement,and the failure of the high-pressure injection device would affect the injection of contrast agent.Through the analysis and troubleshooting of the fault phenomenon,timely replacement of abnormal parts,and troubleshooting of equipment faults,and equipment restored to normal use.The engineers should strengthen the learning of equipment structure principles,accumulate maintenance experience of typical faults,and actively carry out daily maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to improve the clinical service level of equipment.
