摘 要:泡排产出水是涪陵页岩气田气井增产过程中出现的气井污水。与增产前的普通页岩气产出水相比,泡排产出水中的有机物含量显著增加,潜在环境风险加大。目前对此类产出水的有机污染物组成特征的认识还十分缺乏。以同一区域普通页岩气产出水为对照,分别从水质、二维荧光光谱和溶解性有机物(DOM)分子组成特征方面,详细研究了泡排产出水的化学特性。结果显示:泡排产出水的CODCr与氨氮含量明显升高,急性毒性激增;二维荧光光谱分析表明,普通产出水的有机物含量上升主要与类蛋白质有机物有关,而泡排产出水相比普通产出水含有更多的腐殖质;采用傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱对两类产出水的DOM组成进行检测,分析结果显示泡排产出水的DOM中脂肪类和蛋白质有机物相对偏高,有机物总体饱和度更高,分子组成更为复杂,且含氧官能团较少,更不易被氧化。因此,需要更加关注泡排产出水的环境风险,在产出水的处理与回用过程中重视难降解有机物的有效削减。Foam drainage produced water(PW)is the gas well effluent that generate during the stimulation process of gas production in Fuling shale gas field.Compared with the conventional shale gas PW before the stimulation,the organic content in the foam drainage PW is significantly increased,posing an elevated risk to the environment.There is a lack of understanding of organic pollutant composition characteristics of such PW.The chemical charac⁃teristics of PW from foam drainage gas were investigated in detail in terms of water quality,two-dimensional fluores⁃cence spectra and molecular composition of dissolved organic matter(DOM),respectively,using the PW from ordi⁃nary shale gas in the same region as a control.The results showed that the CODCr and ammonia nitrogen concentra⁃tions in the PW of foam drainage increased significantly,and the acute toxicity spiked.Two-dimensional fluores⁃cence spectroscopy analysis showed that the increase of organic matter content in ordinary PW was mainly related to protein-like organic matter,while the foam drainage PW contained more humic substances.Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry was used to detect the DOM composition of the two types of PW,and the re⁃sults showed that DOM of the foam drainage PW was relatively high in fat and protein-like organic matter,with a higher overall saturation of organic matter,a more complex molecular composition,and fewer oxygen-containing functional groups,which were less likely to oxidation.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to environ⁃mental risk of Foam drainage PW,as well as to effective reduction of refractory organics in the process of PW treat⁃ment and reuse.
